Quimet & Quimet is a family bar that turned conservas (high-end Spanish tinned seafood) into a cuisine. Small open sandwiches come piled with mussels, clams or salmon with truffled honey and yoghurt, and the bottles reach the ceiling. It is tiny, with about thirty people at capacity, so go at opening and be ready to stand.
