Do Mori is a few lanes from the Rialto market and has been pouring wine for centuries; it is widely called the oldest bacaro in the city. There are no tables. Order an ombra (a small glass of wine) and a few cicchetti from the counter, and eat standing. It opens early and closes early evening. Go mid-morning or at lunch, and bring cash.
