Pizzarium sells pizza al taglio: slabs of pizza with ever-changing toppings, cut to the size you point at and paid by weight. Gabriele Bonci made it famous, and the dough is the reason. There is little seating, so eat standing or on the benches outside. It is a few minutes from the Cipro metro stop and close to the Vatican Museums.
